Patronal y sindicatos sellan subida salarial y piden consenso para reformas
Patronal y sindicatos han defendido hoy que cualquier reforma que se haga del mercado laboral sea pactada en los ámbitos social y parlamentario, un consenso que ven posible tras haber cerrado un acuerdo salarial a tres años y en un contexto en el que el Ejecutivo se ha mostrado proclive al diálogo.
Los presidentes de CEOE y Cepyme, Juan Rosell y Antonio Garamendi, y los secretarios generales de UGT y CCOO, Pepe Álvarez y Unai Sordo, han firmado hoy el IV Acuerdo para el Empleo y la Negociación Colectiva (AENC) 2018-2020.
Con este pacto se comprometen a elevar los salarios en convenio a un mínimo de 14.000 euros anuales en 2020 y a acometer subidas salariales anuales de entorno al 2 % más un 1 % variable, además de recuperar ultraactividad de los convenios para sigan vigentes mientras se negocia su renovación.
El documento, ratificado internamente por las cuatro organizaciones, incluye además un anexo con los puntos de acuerdo entre sindicatos y patronal para reformar el marco laboral que van a trasladar a la negociación tripartita con el Gobierno.
La negociación arrancará la próxima semana con una nueva reunión -previsiblemente el martes 10 de julio- con el presidente del Gobierno, Pedro Sánchez, a partir de la cual se espera la reapertura de la mesa para el diálogo social.
A la firma del acuerdo han asistido la ministra de Trabajo, Migraciones y Seguridad Social, Magdalena Valerio, su predecesora en el cargo, Fátima Báñez, la secretaria de Estado de Empleo, Yolanda Valdeolivas, y el presidente del CES, Marcos Peña, sentados entre el público.
También ha habido representantes de los grupos parlamentarios como Adriana Lastra y Rafael Simancas (PSOE), Sergio del Campo (Ciudadanos) y Carles Campuzano (PDeCAT).
El secretario general de UGT, Pepe Álvarez, ha dicho en su intervención que el AENC “inicia un camino nuevo” que tiene que llevar a la recuperación real de los salarios y las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores, al tiempo que ha recordado que “las reformas que duran son las que nacen fruto del consenso”.
El secretario general de CCOO, Unai Sordo, ha añadido que el acuerdo es importante porque reivindica el papel de los agentes sociales y ha destacado el impacto que tendrá sobre los salarios más bajos, que son los que más han perdido durante la crisis.
Para el presidente de CEOE, Juan Rosell, la subida salarial era un asunto de “decencia e inteligencia”, aunque ha recordado que entre las medianas y pequeñas empresas todavía quedan muchas que no han logrado recuperarse de una crisis que no solo dejó el drama del empleo perdido, sino también la desaparición de numerosas empresas.
